Bathroom with window 5. WC The optic fiber is included in the rent. Of course you're free to choose your own internet. Transport: - Bus (Envibus B free for students) to Sophia-Antipolis. Please bear in mind that envis bus 100 does not work during week-end and school vacation. The last bus from Skema to apartment is around 18h20. - Bus line 8/30/31 is 10 mins on foot. They can drive you to city center and supermarket. - if you have course after 18h30, you could take Line A to Square Cerutti and walk 1.5km to apartment. It is better that you have scooter(trotinette) or bike or even a car (free parking is guaranteed) Rules: - Smoking is not allowed inside. - The housework is included in the rent which represents 1 hour /week for common places: living place, kitchen, WC, Bathroom - I only accept people nice, tolerable and know how to communicate and manage the conflicts.
